TV Parts Today purchased an existing TV parts company that was financially stressed and had a poor online reputation. We worked with them to design a fresh e-commerce site. Their site was a challenge from a technical standpoint as existing inventory was approximately over 24,000 SKU's and there were many integrations such as Ship Station and QuickBooks. Additionally, we were starting with a new domain name with zero brand awareness. The new site was launched in October 2017.
We successfully developed and implemented a digital marketing plan for the first two quarter post-launch. Our goal was to increase e-commerce traffic and sales by employing robust SEO, email marketing, social media outreach, utilizing multiple sales channels and in-depth analytics.
As a result the first quarter showed a 2,434% increase in site traffic and the following quarter showed and additional 26% increase. Sales increased a total of 60%.
